Instinct Creative Group ("Instinct", "we") runs this website. This page says what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
- When you book a call: your name, email, the time you picked and, if you add it, your website address.
- When you use the free site check: the website address you enter and, if you ask for results by email, your email address.
- When you visit: standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) kept by our hosting provider for security and troubleshooting.
What we use it for
To set up and prepare for your call, to send you the site check you asked for, and to reply to you. We don't sell your information, and we don't add you to a newsletter you didn't ask for.
Who else sees it
The tools that run this site: our web host, our booking tool, our email provider and, when the live site check is on, Google PageSpeed Insights (which receives the website address you enter, not your email). Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
Cookies and analytics
This site doesn't set advertising cookies. If we add analytics to count visits, we'll list the tool here and use it to see which pages help people, not to follow you around the web.
How long we keep it
Booking and site check details are kept for as long as we're talking about a project, and up to 2 years after, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@instinctcreativegroup.com, mention it on a call, or reply to any email from us, and we'll do it within 30 days.
