Alesca Aesthetics is a med spa in Lancaster, PA. Instinct designed and built the site and runs its marketing: search, AI search, the Google Business Profile and ads. The site has a page for each treatment, and a page for each nearby town it serves. In Google Search Console (Aug 2026), Alesca's town pages show up for searches in York, Lititz, Ephrata, Manheim and Elizabethtown.
Since we started: average Google position 28.3 → 8.9, click-through rate 0.4% → 3%, Google clicks more than tripled. Online booking clicks went from 185 in September to 265 in October 2026.

Answer-shaped pages
Treatment pages answer the questions people type, including the price question most sites avoid. On Oct 29, 2026 the site ranked #1 on Google for "how much is botox in lancaster pa". It's the same groundwork AI answers draw on.
