These terms cover this website and summarize how Instinct Creative Group projects work. Every project also gets a written quote; if the quote and this page differ, the quote wins.
Prices
Prices on this site are in US dollars and are the prices we charge. Business sites: Local $5,000, Growth $7,500, Authority $11,000. Online stores: Launch $7,500, Scale $12,500, Replatform from $15,000 (fixed after a free audit). Add-ons: extra page $300, extra 25 products $400, logo and brand kit $1,200, copywriting $250 per page, rush (one week faster) +15%.
Fixed scope
Each package has a fixed price, a fixed timeline and a fixed number of revision rounds. Anything outside it is a listed add-on, priced in writing before the work happens.
Payment
- Default, 40 / 30 / 30: 40% to start, 30% at design approval, 30% at launch.
- Launch Plan, 0% interest: 25% down, then 5 monthly payments by Stripe autopay. The domain and hosting stay in Instinct's account until the plan is paid off, then transfer to you.
What you own
The domain, site, content and code are in your name. The one exception is the Launch Plan, above. Third-party tools (your ecommerce platform, apps, fonts, stock images) stay under their own licenses and are billed to you directly where they charge.
Care plans
Care $149/mo, Grow $399/mo and Local SEO $750/mo are optional and month to month. There's no long-term contract.

Using this website
The free site check and the booking calendar are provided as they are. Please don't use them to check sites you don't own in bulk, or to send us anything unlawful.
